The Circumcision in the Flesh of our Lord Jesus Christ
Commemoration of Saint Basil the Great, Archbishop of Caesarea in Cappadocia
Vasiliki
Oikonomou, Alexandroupoli
Dedicated to my
Saint, Basil the Great the Revealer of Heavenly Mysteries, and to all the
Saints and God-bearing Fathers of our Church who have been reviled by the
impious Patriarch Bartholomew.

“But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and
being deceived.” 2 Timothy 3:13
*
“They [the
Christians] must not forget that all roads lead to God. And they must accept
that this bold idea of free thought, which we can truly call a revolution,
flowing forth from our Masonic lodges, has wondrously spread over the dome of
Saint Peter.” […] “We can say that Ecumenism is the legitimate son of
Freemasonry […] Let it not be said that Masonry is the ‘anti-Church’; this
is only an occasional position. Masonry basically intends to become a
‘super-Church’: the Church that unites them all […] Catholics, Orthodox,
Protestants, Israelites, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, free-thinkers and
free-believers are for us only our small names; our family name is
Freemasonry.”
—Baron Yves
Marsaudon (high-ranking Mason and Emeritus Minister of the Sovereign Military
Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta), “Ecumenism
as seen by a traditional Mason” (Yves Marsaudon, L’Œcuménisme vu par un
franc-maçon de tradition, Vitiano editions, l’Horizon International, 1964,
pp. 119–121).

“After not even two
years had passed, Leo the Isaurian became emperor, also called Conon, in the
year 716, who, being an iconoclast, violently expelled with clubs and swords
the most holy and great Patriarch, Saint Germanos, from the Patriarchate,
because he would not consent to agree with his impious doctrines and to abolish
the veneration of the holy icons. Not only did the wretch do this, but the
beast-named man hastened to destroy and burn the holy icon of Christ our God,
which stood above the gate of Constantinople, called the Chalke Gate. Thus,
when the emperor’s spatharios set up a ladder and climbed up to cast the
holy icon to the ground, immediately the blessed Theodosia (a nun),
together with other pious women, seized the ladder and threw it down to the
ground along with the spatharios, who, having fallen to the earth, died.
Then, going to the Patriarchate, they stoned the impious and iconoclast
(Patriarch of Constantinople) Anastasios.”
—from the Synaxarion
of the Holy Venerable Martyr Theodosia of Constantinople (Synaxarion of
Saint Nikodemos the Hagiorite).

“The fish does
not resist the law of God, and we, who are men of saving doctrines, do not
tolerate opposition.”

Great, Hexaemeron VII, 4.

You have managed, O
Devil, to drag the immaculate and ever-virginal Orthodoxy into the stinking
brothels of heresies—especially into the most abominable of all, the Vatican.
You have managed to disgrace her Holy Canons, casting them as prey to the teeth
of grievous wolves and as a plaything in the hands of the senseless and
lawless. You have managed to have blasphemy uttered from a patriarchal
mouth—that the defiled Koran of the most defiled Islam of the pederast Mohammed
is “equal to the Holy Scripture and sacred like it.” O, blood of the Holy New
Martyrs, how do you not pour forth to drown the Phanar!!!
You have managed, O
Satan, to disgrace the Orthodox Hierarchy—honored with the sweat and blood of
Holy Apostles, God-bearing Ecumenical Teachers, Hieromartyrs, and
Confessors—within the wretched and thrice-accursed Synagogue of the
Christ-killing Jews. You have managed to drag the archiepiscopal vestment into
idolatrous joint prayers (“…each of us to his own god…”) with a motley
crowd of infidels and heretics… before a ball (!!!) symbolizing the globe… the
beloved Gaia of the Masons. You have managed to defile the Holy Places and the
all-sacred Patriarchal Church of the once-Queen City with the footsteps of
unbaptized pseudo-popes of the bloodstained Harlot Rome, accompanied by godless
Patriarchs—Arch-Heresiarchs, who no longer stand in the place and type of
Christ, but of Antichrist.
You have managed, O
Lucifer, to disgrace the sacred Symbol of our Faith, to have it distorted in
profane ceremonies by impious lips, who pronounced “suffered” (pathonta)
as “she who suffered” (pathousa)—was that by chance, perhaps? You
disgraced this Symbol, which the All-Holy Spirit established through the sweat
and blood of the Holy and God-bearing Fathers of our Church—those whom certain
blasphemers consider and call “victims of the primordial evil serpent.” You
have managed to drag our holy Church into the foul and indecent dance of the
“World Council of Churches,” even to the point that heresies were “recognized”
as Churches in a robber pseudo-council. You have managed to disgrace even
Orthodox monasticism—the bloodstained yet glorious bastion of Orthodoxy—to such
a degree that an uncanonical, coenobitic monastery of men and women was praised
as a “new polity” and a “new upper room of Pentecost,” whose emblem was and
remains the seven-branched candlestick of the Christ-killing Jews united with
the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ—an emblem that is a great symbol of the
global movement for the union of Christianity and Judaism. These and many other
abominations you have accomplished, O Lucifer, through your most faithful
servant and greatest delight, the Ecumenical Arch-Heresiarch Bartholomew.
They erected for
you, Patriarch, a black—pitch black—statue there in far-off, heresy-tainted
Melbourne. You sat and had your photo taken next to it, joyful, proud. Thus
black and dark, gloomy and shadowy will you also appear before the
incorruptible eyes of our righteous Judge, Christ. For decades now you have
tormented the Ark of our holy Church, deliberately casting it into storms and
reefs. Your patriarchate is a festering gangrene, a plague, a famine, and a
scourge—shame, disgrace, and reproach for the Orthodox, a pitiful festival of
demons.
Woe and alas to you
when Christ the Judge comes, you Pharisaical hypocrite, who pretend to care
about the “environment,” while your blasphemous and profane crimes provoke
divine chastisements! It is not I who say this—the Old and New Testaments
declare it in many places, which you distort. One need only read the
twenty-eighth chapter of Deuteronomy or the Revelation of John to see how great
is the wrath of God provoked by apostasy from the Lord.
Woe and alas to
you, “stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart,” who “always resist the Holy
Spirit”! Your archierarchal hands—those same hands that offer Christ in every
Divine Liturgy—you have cold-bloodedly stained with the blood of the persecuted
Ukrainian Orthodox Church (under the canonical Metropolitan Onuphry). And
behold now, this sister Church of ours is being fiercely persecuted and
declared illegal in its very earthly homeland, while your lawless and
antichrist (philo-)Jewish friends have declared as legal the (philo-)Nazi and
(philo-)satanist “Orthodox Church of Ukraine,” the pseudo-church composed of
“unrepentant deposed, anathematized, and unordained persons, of unlawful
assemblies and schismatics,” as described by the four Greek Metropolitans who
petitioned for the convocation of a Pan-Orthodox Synod on this matter—yet you,
the “Pope of the East,” arrogantly disregarded them!
Woe and alas to
you, O profaner, who dared to allow the schismatic pseudo-metropolitan of Kiev,
Epiphanius, not only to enter the all-sacred Patriarchal Church, but also to
stand upon the Ecumenical Throne—honored by a Theologian and a Chrysostom!
Woe to you, traitor
of Christ, who dare to give the Body and Blood of our Lord, the Holy Chalice,
to the mouths of the unbaptized heretics, schismatics, and the rest of the
assembly of those of corrupt doctrine, who are not even members of our Church!
It is not I who say that all these are outside the Church—the 68th Apostolic
Canon says it: “If any bishop, or presbyter, or deacon receives a second
ordination from anyone, let both him and the one who ordained him be
deposed—unless it be proven that he received the ordination from heretics. For
those who have been baptized or ordained by such persons cannot be either
faithful or clergy.”
It is also stated
in the Canon of the Council of Carthage (under Saint Cyprian): “…we
firmly and securely hold that no one can be baptized outside the Catholic
Church, since there is one baptism, and it exists only within the Catholic
Church… And how can water be cleansed and sanctified by one who is himself
unclean and in whom the Holy Spirit is not present? …How can he who baptizes
grant forgiveness of sins to another, when he himself is unable to lay aside
his own sins outside the Church? …A heretic cannot sanctify oil, who has neither
an altar nor a Church… But we, who are with the Lord and hold to the unity of
the Lord, and who are granted according to His worthiness, serving His
priesthood in the Church, must reject, renounce, and cast away all that the
adversaries of Him—that is, the enemies and antichrists—do, and we must regard
them as profane.”
And in our own
times, it is denounced, among others, by the great Theologian and Confessor,
Saint Justin Popović: “All these pseudo-Christianities, all these
pseudo-churches, are nothing other than one heresy next to another. Their
common evangelical name is pan-heresy,” and: “Ecumenism is a common name for
the pseudo-Christianities, for the pseudo-churches of Western Europe. Within it
lies the heart of all the European humanisms, headed by Papism.” (Archim.
Justin Popović, The Orthodox Church and Ecumenism, Thessaloniki, 1974,
p. 224).
Or do you perhaps
ignore that, “Papism has been condemned many times by the Synods of 867, 879,
1009, 1054, 1341, 1347, 1351, 1440, 1441, 1443, 1450, 1484, 1722, 1727, 1838,
1848, 1895, as well as by many Saints such as Saint Photios the Great, the holy
Theophylact, Saint Gregory Palamas, Symeon of Thessaloniki, Saint Mark of
Ephesus, Saint Nikodemos the Hagiorite, and Saint Nektarios,” as written in a
study by the ever-memorable Metropolitan Ambrose of Eleutheroupolis?
Do you forget what
happened at the first Fall of the Queen City in 1204, when the rabid,
bloodthirsty criminal Crusaders, with the blessings of the pseudo-pope Innocent
III, devastated, plundered, stole, desecrated, defiled, raped, and
slaughtered—worse even than the later conquering Turks? Do you forget the
atrocities of the papal-Nazi Ustaše organization in Orthodox Serbia during the
Second World War and the other abominations of Uniatism and of Papism in
general? Only the naïve and deceitful hypocrites believe and accept the
supposed repentance and apology of the modern pseudo-popes for the crimes of
their predecessors. And it seems that your “acceptance of the apology” from the
pseudo-pope John Paul II for the events of 1204 served as yet another step in
the downward path toward union with the Papists, since you yourself declared
that: “The spirit of reconciliation of the Resurrection… urges us toward the
reconciliation of our Churches.”
Woe to you,
deceitful and treacherous serpent, who seek to unite the Paschal reckoning of
the Orthodox with that of the Papists! What part have you with the Resurrection
of our Lord Jesus Christ—you, the servant and laborer of Hades? Do you think we
do not see that you do not truly care about the Paschal issue, but rather about
the erosion of the Orthodox Faith and the union—even of the Chalice itself—with
the Papists, or rather its formalization? Or do you imagine we believed that
the Papists have renounced the Filioque, supposedly because the Creed
was recited without it?
Woe to you—worthy
of deposition and excommunication!
Yes! For you are excommunicated by the 10th Canon of the Holy Apostles:
“If anyone shall
pray, even in a house, with one who is excommunicated, let him also be
excommunicated.”
You are deposed and
excommunicated by the 45th Canon of the Holy Apostles:
“A bishop, or
presbyter, or deacon who has prayed with heretics shall be excommunicated only;
but if he has permitted them to perform any clerical function, let him be
deposed.”
You are deposed by
the 46th Canon of the Holy Apostles:
“We order that a
bishop or presbyter who has accepted the baptism or sacrifice of heretics be
deposed. For what concord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has the believer
with an unbeliever?”
You are deposed and
excommunicated by the 65th Canon of the Holy Apostles:
“If any cleric
or layman enters a synagogue of Jews or heretics to pray, let him be deposed
and excommunicated.”
Will you now tell
us that the Holy Apostles—the Disciples of Christ Himself—were also “victims of
the primordial evil serpent”?
You are
anathematized by the Synodikon of Orthodoxy in many places, such
as where it declares: “To those who do not with pure faith, and with simple
and wholehearted heart, accept the wondrous miracles of our Savior and God, and
of our Most Pure Lady Theotokos who bore Him, and of the other Saints,
but who attempt with proofs and sophistic arguments to slander them as
impossible, or to misinterpret them according to what seems right to them, and
to establish them according to their own opinion: anathema.” Did you not
also consent—as did the treacherous, pan-heretical, ecumenistic Holy Synod of
Greece and most local Metropolitans of the Church of Greece—to the closing of
our holy churches during the pseudo-pandemic of the coronavirus, instead of
urging the faithful people and the rulers to turn to the all-powerful, healing,
and protective Grace of our Holy Triune God? Did you not also blaspheme and
dishonor the holy Icons by imposing and enforcing mask-wearing within the holy
churches during the so-called “health crisis”? Did we not see you reverencing
an Icon while wearing a mask, as if it were a source of infection? For the
honor of the holy Icons, the blood of Orthodox Martyrs and Confessors was shed
for more than one hundred years, O Arch-Heresiarch. Or have you perhaps
forgotten that the holy church is sanctified by the All-Holy Spirit Himself,
Who makes it, through a special prayer pronounced by a Bishop from the Great
Euchologion, a “...haven for the storm-tossed, a hospital for the
afflicted, a refuge for the sick, a place of flight for demons…”?
You are called a
false bishop and a false teacher by the 15th Canon of the Council held in
Constantinople (the First-Second Synod under Saint Photius the Great,
Patriarch of Constantinople): “…For those who, on account of some heresy
condemned by the holy Synods or by the Holy Fathers, separate themselves from
communion with their president (that is, bishop), when he publicly preaches the
heresy and teaches it openly in the Church with boldness, such persons are not
only not subject to canonical penalty, for separating themselves from communion
with the so-called bishop before a synodal decision, but they shall also be
deemed worthy of the honor due to the Orthodox. For they have not condemned
bishops, but false bishops and false teachers; and they have not torn apart the
unity of the Church by schism, but have rather been zealous to deliver the
Church from schisms and divisions.”
How could you not
want, then, O Great Luciferian Teacher of Ecumenism, to abolish the Holy
Canons, since they are an obstacle to the precipice into which, as a fool, you
are trying to cast our holy Orthodoxy? That is why, even from early on—as an
Archimandrite already—you undertook (of your own will? The Lord knows…) this
unholy task, as is shown by your doctoral dissertation titled “On the
Codification of the Holy Canons and the Canonical Ordinances in the Orthodox
Church.”
Woe and alas to
you, when the Great High Priest Jesus Christ will judge you, you old Mason,
sacrilegious and unrepentant, whom not even the nearness of the grave makes
afraid! And “I couldn’t care less” whether you wear an apron or not (or
how many degrees your filthy apron has…), since you carry out the foul work of
Freemasonry—and indeed more than enough! “I couldn’t care less” as well if you
drag me before bought-off courts, supposedly for “defamatory libel,” you who
defame holy Orthodoxy, the Orthodox Hierarchy, even our very Holy Triune God
throughout the world! Only one Court concerns me—the Court of my righteous
Judge, my Lord Jesus Christ—not the Mason-controlled pseudo-courts of men,
which allow genocidal criminals to walk free (and indeed handsomely paid!),
such as your “beloved” person, the justly and canonically excommunicated
man-slayer Mason tyrant Kyriakos Mitsotakis. But you, who for decades blaspheme
the All-Holy Spirit with your false doctrines and your impenitence and lead
countless souls to perdition—what account will you give, descendant of Judas
Iscariot? Your wretched Papist, Lutheran, Monophysite, Jewish, Mohammedan,
Indian, Shaman, Buddhist, and other motley unbaptized friends, whom you love
and with whom your father the Devil wants to unite us—if they were to repent
and receive Holy Baptism and Holy Chrismation and faithfully and humbly follow
the Gospel, they would be saved; but you, baptized and chrismated, and even
honored with the only true—the Orthodox—Hierarchy, which in arrogance you
betray and disgrace without repentance, where will you end up—have you ever
thought about it, pitiable one? Behold, the Revelation tells you: “And the
beast was seized, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs in
its presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast
and those who worshiped its image. The two were thrown alive into the lake of
fire that burns with sulfur. And the rest were slain by the sword of Him who
sat upon the horse, the sword that came from His mouth; and all the birds were
filled with their flesh” (Rev. 19:20–21). There is where the darkening of
your pan-heretical mind and your hardened heart is leading you. But, as the
Revelation says again, “you have a name that you live, and you are dead” (3:1).
Do the dead repent?
As for the Vatican
of your “most holy” friend, the deluded pseudo-pope, it too will meet the same
end as his homeland—“Babylon,” the “mother of harlots and of the abominations
of the earth,” the one who “was drunk with the blood of the saints and with the
blood of the martyrs of Jesus” (Rev. 17:5, 6)—the Harlot Rome: “…Fallen,
fallen is Babylon the Great! She has become a dwelling place of demons, a haunt
of every unclean spirit, a haunt of every unclean and detestable bird. For all
the nations have drunk the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings
of the earth have committed fornication with her… for her sins are heaped high
as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities… and in her was found the
blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slain on the earth.”
(Rev. 18:2–3, 5, 24) Indeed, Rome is bloodstained! Behold, then, something in
common between your beloved Rome and your beloved Islam: they have drenched the
planet—and especially Orthodoxy—in blood.
I wish, I hope, and
I pray that all of us—the Christian people, the baptized Orthodox
Christians—may come to repentance from our apostasy and worldliness, so that we
may no longer compel the philanthropic Author of our Faith, the Lord Jesus
Christ, to chastise us with ecclesiastical leaders–traitors like you, or like
Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece, Anthimos of Alexandroupoli, and the other
unworthy Hierarchs who afflict holy Orthodoxy. You are the worst, the most
heretical, the most satanic Patriarch the Church has known since her
foundation. Macedonius, Nestorius, Bekkos, Kalekas, and the other Patriarchs
condemned by the Church pale in comparison to you. This open letter is, in
truth, a letter to a pitiable man. Beyond my holy indignation for your betrayal
and humiliation of my holy Faith, my soul weeps for what awaits you where you
are headed—because of the unspeakable evil that Satan has caused and continues
to cause in the Church and throughout all humanity through your “humble
person,” which “rejoices and takes pride” as his faithful and tireless
instrument.
Christ is still
granting you time on this earth, O Arch-Heresiarch. And the Synodikon of
Orthodoxy warns you: “To all heretics: Anathema, Anathema, Anathema.”
As for your
repentance—I do not know if I can still hope for it, now that your heart and
conscience have become so hardened, standing one step away from the grave. If,
however, you remain unrepentant, I wholeheartedly await your most just
deposition before God and men—as well as that of all those like you—even if it
be posthumously. Amen.
“Incline Thine
ear to the hymns of Thy servants, O Benefactor, humbling the haughty brow of
the Enemy…”
Vasiliki Oikonomou
To the glory of the
Most-Holy Triune God “whom you persecute.”
