He lives a simple, unassuming, ascetic life, devoting himself entirely to the Struggle and monastic perfection in Christ, serving as a guiding light. For many years he served as parish priest of the Holy Church of the Life-Giving Spring in Piraeus. He is among the finest father-confessors, bringing relief to many and setting them aright, and having endured many persecutions and hardships.”
