Lord Jesus Christ! My whole being belongs to Thee, from the top of my head to the tips of my toes: my brain, heart, soul and nous, my arms and hands, legs and feet, all of my senses, and all of my thoughts and actions. Take away any authority Satan has over me, [various addictions and sins can be mentioned here] and unite my whole self to Thee. And by Thy grace, I renew my baptismal pledges to renounce Satan, and all his works, and all his angels, and all his service, and all his pride, from this moment, to struggle to unite my whole self to Thee. Amen.
